Return Policy Overview
At personalunique, we stand behind the quality of our lawn care products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through our website or directly from our Orlando location.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must not be opened or tampered with
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Products must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened bags of fertilizer, seeds, or soil conditioner
- Custom-mixed lawn care products
- Products that have been applied or used
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products without original packaging
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the RAN and proof of purchase in the package
- Ship the product to our return address or bring it to our Orlando location
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the product within 3-5 business days
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
- Credit the refund to your original payment method
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. We will help you find the right lawn care solution for your needs. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately upon discovery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Do not discard the product until instructed
Shipping Costs
For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or defective products, personalunique will cover return shipping costs.
Service Cancellation
For lawn care service cancellations:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled service for a full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Prepaid service packages may be cancelled with prorated refunds
